At Wauniago, Treharne Homes delivered precision-engineered timber frame structures for a terrace of four energy-efficient homes, designed with a clear ambition to meet passive house standards.
Utilising the latest SmartPly ProPassive OSB panels, which feature integrated vapour and airtightness barriers, our highly insulated timber frames achieved an impressive 0.3 air permeability rating at the timber frame stage—ensuring exceptional energy performance early in the build process.
Following the timber frame installation and second fix, our team completed the external finish by fitting Cedral cladding and porches, delivering a sleek, modern aesthetic that complements the homes’ high-performance build quality.
