Full Design & Build of Two-Storey Main House and Annex
Treharne Homes was commissioned to deliver a bespoke full build solution for a downsizing family seeking a highly efficient, modern home in the picturesque Towy Valley.
The project included a spacious two-storey, three-bedroom main house, along with a two-storey annex designed specifically to accommodate visiting family members. Using our precision engineered timber frame system, we created a structure that offers exceptional thermal performance and airtightness, ensuring year-round comfort and energy efficiency.
The design thoughtfully reflects the local character, blending seamlessly into the natural surroundings. A standout feature is the custom oak balcony spanning the rear of the building, offering panoramic views across the valley and creating a warm, welcoming space for family gatherings.
