At Y Gelli, Treharne Homes delivered a complete design and build solution, creating a large-scale extension that met the needs of a growing family seeking more space, privacy, and functionality.
The project included the addition of a master bedroom with en suite and walk-in wardrobe, a downstairs toilet, utility room, and a bright, open-plan living area— thoughtfully designed to enhance everyday living. A bespoke laundry chute added a personal, practical touch to the space.
The extension was constructed using our high-quality timber frame system, manufactured and installed by Treharne to ensure speed, efficiency, and structural performance. The use of modern, sustainable materials improved energy efficiency, while our skilled team ensured the new structure blended seamlessly with the original home.
